Thomas F Mastin, IV, was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. Admitted to State Bar of Texas to practice before all Courts of the State of Texas and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas. He received his Undergraduate Degree at the University of Texas, BBA (Finance) in 1973, and graduated from the Law School St. Mary’s, San Antonio, TX, in JD 1978. He has been in business since 1979.

Sole Practitioner – 1984 to Present. Practice is civil in nature with emphasis in probate (wills, probate of estates, heirship, elder law, guardianship and family settlements),  general business (general business issues, entity formation – corporation, LLC and partnership and collections) and real estate (land issues, contracts, closings.) 
Thomas Mastin operated a fee attorney office for Ticor Title Insurance Co from 1985 to 1991 when they ceased operations in Tarrant County, and he continued as an approved attorney for Lawyers American Title and Commonwealth Title until 2008 when emphasis shifted to representing clients only. Before Law School, Thomas Mastin worked in the automobile parts business in inventory control and purchasing and obtained his Real Estate Broker license.
